There are times in life when we need a safe, non-judgmental space to show up authentically and be fully seen and heard. I emphasize a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on safety, trust, and understanding. My aim is to provide a compassionate, empowering environment that supports individuals in cultivating well-being and fulfillment. I also work with couples interested in exploring ways to resolve conflict and process disagreements, address relational tension and stress, and cultivate interpersonal well-being and deeper connection. My path to counseling began in my 20s while living at Buddhist meditation centers, where I discovered the power of mindfulness, empowering relationships, and self-awareness. I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship challenges, transitions, identity issues, grief, and trauma through a kind & gentle relational orientation. My approach is rooted in compassionate curiosity, somatic exploration, and a holistic understanding of you as a whole person to help you navigate whatever you may be facing.
