The gift of deeper personal insight can bring peace and joy. When we explore what is getting in the way of our own peace and happiness, we begin to change. Change can be scary; it may feel like opening a door to a room we have never entered. That is why my practice is client focused and collaborative. The client decides what issues they want to work on and when. Change takes place at the pace the client feels most comfortable with. I will bring insight and questions but the client is in charge of what they need. I really seek client feed back on how the work is going; is what they expected and need? I have extensive experience working with grief. Grief can be experienced in many ways and impacts many parts of our lives. My practice can help with recent loss as well as the life changes after a loss. All of us have experienced grief in some form and yet it is rarely openly discussed. I encourage my clients to explore all their feelings around a loss. I am continually impressed with the strength and courage my clients bring to our work. Their willingness to ask questions and explore who they are and what they need is breathtaking . I am honored to be able to walk along side them.
