My fervent passion for counseling and unwavering belief in people are the cornerstones of my therapeutic work. In my role as facilitator I listen deeply to your concerns, worries, joys, and important life stories. We will embark on an interesting experience that helps you to become more in tune with yourself and others and more appreciative of your own skills and gifts. Together, we take steps to help you relieve the burdens of stress, worry and other overwhelming emotions so that you feel more at ease and confident in living your best life. My twenty years of experience as a therapist has put me in the position to better understand myself and to effectively guide the therapeutic process. I have chosen the Internal Family Systems model because it provides a way to understand and approach burdensome thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a humane and accessible manner that honors each individual. There really is a way to feel better and to feel more at ease with yourself and with life. I have experienced it myself through my own therapeutic work and have been fortunate to witness it in my clients. It would be a pleasure to meet you, to come to know you and to walk with you as you find your own ease, joy, and confidence to live your best life.
