A few tidbits about me: I'm a sucker for a captivating true-crime podcast, and I share my life with a rescue pup named Lilo. On a professional note, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Virginia. Before joining the Lifebulb team, I've worked across various mental health settings, from psychiatric inpatient to residential recovery and outpatient care. Each experience has enriched my understanding of mental health & deepened my respect for those I've had the privilege to assist along the journey.
