About

I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative setting to help you work through the concerns that have led you to this site. Ensuring trust and understanding in psychotherapy is an essential component of successful therapy, and is of utmost importance to me. My general style is to be interactive and inquisitive, while also listening closely to identify underlying patterns. We will begin by identifying goals for therapy and work together on difficulties encountered in the present moment, as well as discover how past experiences have influenced current situations.

I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning our therapy will focus on understanding and altering long-standing patterns and conflicts. I primarily see adults and late-adolescents in individual therapy.

I have worked with individuals from diverse cultures with varied concerns, including coping with trauma, college/work adjustment, and navigating relationships, among others. I believe therapy can be beneficial to anyone and can provide a more gratifying and fulfilling life. Please do not hesitate to contact me for a consultation.
