Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist
My ideal clients are young men and women trying to find their purpose, as well as adults who have come to a crossroads in their life and need help adjusting their perspective. Whether you're grappling with familial (difficult parents or kids) or relational struggles, navigating significant life transitions, battling addictive thoughts and behaviors, or confronting any other formidable challenge, I am here to provide unwavering support. It would be my privilege to accompany you on this transformative journey toward self-discovery, healing and stepping into your authentic self. My approach is a cultivation of empathy and trust within our therapeutic alliance. Within that, I employ modalities of attachment theory, DBT/CBT, narrative therapy, existentialism, humanistic approaches, internal family systems, and polyvagal theory. I also utilize my background in sports (boxing) and breathwork to help the mind-body connection. If you're curious about how therapy works or even doubtful about the whole experience, I encourage you to reach out. I was once exactly where you are. Nervous, lost, sure that just talking to someone about my problems wouldn't actually fix anything. Oh, how lovely to be so wrong. I look forward to connecting with you.
