About

******Not accepting new clients at this time****** I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate space to help you discover what you need to make life more fulfilling. Using a variety of evidence-based approaches, we will work together identifying the places you feel stuck and creating a path toward positive change. Often a little support can result in small (and sometimes large) emotional shifts that lead to greater well-being. Possible outcomes include a greater ability to cope with stress, improved sleep patterns, improved communication in relationships, or solutions to specific life problems.

My specialty is helping women navigate life's emotional challenges (including divorce, mothering, grief and loss, work/life balance, struggles with self-advocacy, etc.). I work collaboratively with clients, developing new perspectives and strategies to increase emotional flexibility and resilience.

My clients include individuals who are struggling with past trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. My work with adults and adolescents often includes a strong mindfulness component, which is an evidence-based approach known to help with anxiety, depression, attention issues, and sleep.
