Therapy is a transformative journey that can change the trajectory of your life. Navigating change is a constant part of our existence that can be challenging but not impossible with the right support. I am here to guide you through this process, helping you tackle the effort required to adapt and grow. Together, we will focus on discovering and developing your inherent strengths and acquiring new skills to navigate life’s complexities. Adopting new ways of thinking or letting go of behaviors that has not worked for you. I aim to create a safe and open space for you to explore and resolve your concerns in the way it works for you. I offer specialized support in areas such as anger management, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also address behavioral issues, coping skills, and stress management, as well as life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. My expertise extends to working with senior clients, peer relationships and thinking disorders. Change begins when you have acknowledged what no longer serves you. It’s normal to feel all over the place during this process, and that’s part of the journey. With patience and self-compassion, this can lead to significant, positive shifts in your life which hopefully will extend to your environment. Please reach out if you are ready to take that step!
