We are living through unique times as we navigate the current events together, the adjustments, and the effects they have on our overall well-being, physically and mentally. I emphasize clients’ capacity for developing self-awareness and self-healing, providing a safe, therapeutic environment to assist in facilitating healing and growth through self-exploration. Whether you're feeling anxious, depressed, or struggling to adjust, support is available. We will work together, collaboratively defining your goals and success in your pursuit of healthy change as you develop and refine new skills and strategies as you progress forward. I'm a Level II student of Guided Imagery & Music and am beginning exploring its utilization in sessions. I have both inpatient and outpatient experience working with adolescents, college-age and college students, and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other stressors and areas of concern in individual and group therapy settings. Through a Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioral approach, I can assist in helping you develop new skills you can use to manage stress and work through other areas of concern.
