You are aware that you need to change, but are fearful of the consequences. Your thoughts and feelings create behaviors that are unproductive and painful. I have been in practice since 1987, working with individuals who are willing to learn healthier, more productive coping skills. Individuals, couples and families struggling with addiction, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression have successfully worked toward positive goals and outcomes when willing to prioritize and allow our innate resilience to lead the way. Active/Retired first responders, military, adolescents and adults, LGBTQ, disabled, all welcome. I utilize Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Jungian, Client-centered/Humanistic and Insight Theory to create a working path specifically created for my patient as an individual. I encourage exploring intentions to change, commitment to created goals and strategies for healthy outcomes. I also offer rational spiritual exploration guidance as requested. Although I am not "Everyman", my life has taught me to respect, understand and honor its winding path to the present. Reaching out for help became less humiliating when I gave up the hard-wired belief that I am all alone. We live on a planet with 8 billion other imperfect human beings. Perhaps WE may help YOU to breath easier together. Call me today.
