Is it just me or has the world felt extremely overwhelming in recent years? It can be hard to just feel stable, let alone attempt to feel happy. There can be so much pressure, both from the world and from ourselves. You need a sense of grounding; an internal anchor that holds you strong while the waves of life thrash. You need to understand yourself, why you make the choices you do, why negative thoughts and default patterns hold you back from the life you want, and how to control the emotions and fears that overwhelm you. Mostly, you deserve to love, respect and accept yourself, just as you are. I believe I can help you with these needs. In a safe therapy environment, you can come as you are, with all the messy feelings, all the challenging experiences. Together we'll sort through and examine them deeply so you can develop personal insight, coping skills, and self-acceptance, and finally move past self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. I have found my therapy work most effective with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions related to relationships, identity, family and career. Lets embark on this exploration process together, and on the journey you’ll discover healthier, more empowering ways to live.
