About

I want to make sure that the client and I are a fit when it comes to rapport. That looks like feeling comfortable sharing content that might cause uncomfortableness due to fearing judgment. If established in the first meeting, I feel confident in working with those with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, family conflicts, grief, and performance issues in school, sports, or career (to name a few). I believe the treatment models that I use can build their resilience to deal with past, current, and future challenges.

I'm currently trained in level 2 EMDR, cognitive therapy, certified in DBT, motivational interviewing, and substance abuse prevention treatment programs including Wellbriety. These models with the experience in the field has helped me to work with diverse populations with co-occurring disorders.

I get excited when people share their growth and increase their self-worth. It is my desire to help people achieve their personal goals in life. I am honored to witness individuals improve and see them experience calmness, joy, forgiveness, and relief.
