I start working with individuals or families when they want something to change - even if they’re still figuring out what exactly that is. Often, families approach me with struggles over behavior at home or school. Individuals seek to work with me to overcome pervasive anxiety, whether general anxiety or specific fears and obsessions. Yet others struggle with depression and feeling unable to get their life “on track” they way they expect to. I’m a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults of all ages. I conduct comprehensive evaluations, therapy, and parent consultation. I specialize in comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, cognitive testing, and therapy to identify and address ADHD, autism, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and school/workplace difficulties. I also help parents and children achieve more harmonious interactions at home, overcoming challenges with emotions and behaviors. I am always interested in how the ways we use our time and bodies can enhance our lives, helping us feel happier and more satisfied.
