About

New seasons approach as the stressors of life continue. Personal issues can be a challenge just like the change of the seasons, past experiences may impact the way forward, some need extra help working through trauma or some other issue. My practice could potentially help. I provide services in an up front and honest manner. My approach is to have active dialogue, not just sitting, typing, and waiting for something to happen. This means focusing on a growth mindset, a willingness to heal/change, being realistic, and genuine engagement in therapy. Learning to be responsible for yourself is part of change.

My therapeutic approach is about being up front about one's issues rather than avoiding. Therapy is about actively processing issues to figure things out. I can be relaxed and easygoing personally but serious about providing services. The primary goal is to actively help the client. If you're sincere about wanting help then I may be your clinician.

When contacting me please be precise about what you are needing help with. Therapy is a process and if I am not the right fit on the approach you need, it is important to be honest about it. Therapy can be expensive and I'm not interested in lining my pockets. Counseling & change is for the client and has to be something YOU want. I AM accepting new clients
