NEW openings for couples in November. Finding the right therapist can be challenging, especially when you're seeking support for your relationship. It's important to find someone who fosters a safe, non-judgmental environment where you and your partner can do the meaningful work of exploring new ways of relating to each other. My goal is to help you both navigate these challenges so that you can build a healthier, more fulfilling life together. I come to therapy from an existential-humanistic approach that is rooted in a philosophical understanding of and sincere appreciation for basic concerns that motivate us all as people. Additionally, I draw from a number of approaches, including a psychodynamic understanding of the person, a focus on the significance of family (and other) systems, as well as experiential and emotionally-focused approaches to therapy.
