Now enrolling Breakfast Club (Mom's group for all ages) starting 1/4/25. My individual caseload is closed. Many people search this website to find the right therapeutic fit and feel instantly overwhelmed and unsure what to look for. Deciding it's time to ask for help can be a daunting and downright scary task. Finding the right therapist is like trying on shoes, you may have to try on a few pairs before you find the right fit. View 5 Photos I work with a variety of ages (10+) and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, dual diagnosis, and gambling among others. Unfortunately my co-therapist Tessa Rose, an 11 year old golden retriever, passed away recently. I have a 2 year old golden retriever in my office who is in training to continue Tessa's work and legacy. The therapeutic relationship is above all the most important aspect when starting treatment. With trust, empathy, and compassion ..change is inevitable.
