My ideal client is looking for a non-judgemental, sex positive, open, and straightforward approach to meeting you where you are. They are looking for someone to connect with and have me help them in practical ways. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ communities, polyamorous communities, kink communities, individuals struggling with anxiety, religious-based issues, work/career related issues, life change issues, both men’s and women’s issues, as well as depression. I utilize various approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I am a former Christian. Working in accounting for years, including being a CFO for 3 years, has given me a unique perspective when it comes to career counseling. I have worked in inpatient, health insurance, ACT Team Lead, as well as private practice for 14 years. I offer Teletherapy visits only, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm CST. These combined experiences have allowed me to see a variety of different perspectives and cultivate a non-judgmental approach to helping others with these or any other issues that they might be facing.
