I aim to help you explore your own strengths and problem-solving strategies by serving as a compassionate, non-judgmental sounding board to help you explore things you can and would like to change. I am a neurodivergent therapist who understands mental health struggles from both a client and a provider perspective. Nurturing our mental health and wellbeing enables us to create the kind of life that is most meaningful to us. I want to be a stepping stone on that path for you.
