Do you have a teenager that has you thinking "what am I doing wrong?" or "they seem to always be in a bad mood, no matter what I do." Well you are not alone, and those thoughts are all a little too common. Understanding teenagers can be difficult, as they struggle with challenges and trials they do not fully understand themselves. My experience lies within the adolescent and young adult population encompassing those who struggle with depression, anxiety and anger issues. My specialty is working with those who have endured hurtful and traumatic experiences, impacting their life today, to be able to heal from those wounds of the past. My strong Christian faith gives me the confidence and peace of mind to help those in need and provides guidance in my life. I use a faith based approach within my treatment to help those who are hurting or troubled to find a sense of peace and vitality that is readily available for our access.
