About

I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, and self-doubt who seek deeper self-understanding and emotional balance. My ideal client is motivated for change but feels stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of these feelings and develop personalized strategies for growth. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for healing, where you can achieve greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience to live a more fulfilling and empowered life.

My specialty is working with folks in the neurodivergent community (ex. ADHD, Autism) working primarily with teenagers and adults. I also specialize in addiction/substance abuse therapy and LGBTQIA+ issues. The two primary treatment modalities I use are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Having lived my life as a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I channel my own life experience as fuel for therapeutic change. Through lived experience and clinical expertise, my job is to create a space where you can lay it all. The greatest honor i can receive is to witness someone at their most vulnerable point and be a part of the healing.
