We each have our own unique journey through life. We are constantly growing, changing, and developing. Sometimes we need help facing obstacles that block our progress or threaten our wellbeing. I want to help you identify those roadblocks and guide you over, around, or through them. My goal is to see your life from your perspective so I can accompany you in exploring who you are, where you have been, and who you want to become. Growth can be tough - we don't grow when we're comfortable - but you don’t have to face these changes alone. Together, we can develop clarity, confidence, and insight to help you achieve a better life. I am open-minded and nonjudgmental. I have worked with clients from high school drop outs to doctors, from cisgender to genderqueer, from atheist to believer. I have professional experience in substance use disorder treatment centers and years of working in higher education, and I understand the context, complications, and quirks of those unique cultures. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and confidential. I strive to create an environment of trust and honesty so you can express yourself openly. I will challenge you to dig deep to become more confident in improving and changing your life. I will be your coach, critic, and cheerleader... and I'm willing to tick you off if I think it will help you.
