About

We each have our own unique journey through life. We are constantly growing, changing, and developing. Sometimes we need help facing obstacles that block our progress or threaten our wellbeing. I want to help you identify those roadblocks and guide you over, around, or through them. My goal is to see your life from your perspective so I can accompany you in exploring who you are, where you have been, and who you want to become. Growth can be tough - we don't grow when we're comfortable - but you don’t have to face these changes alone. Together, we can develop clarity, confidence, and insight to help you achieve a better life.

I am open-minded and nonjudgmental. I have worked with clients from high school drop outs to doctors, from cisgender to genderqueer, from atheist to believer. I have professional experience in substance use disorder treatment centers and years of working in higher education, and I understand the context, complications, and quirks of those unique cultures.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and confidential. I strive to create an environment of trust and honesty so you can express yourself openly. I will challenge you to dig deep to become more confident in improving and changing your life. I will be your coach, critic, and cheerleader... and I'm willing to tick you off if I think it will help you.
