Life is full of opportunities for self-discovery and growth. Oftentimes, we’re inspired to step into the journey through grief and loss, trauma, or difficult life circumstances. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where I walk alongside clients to empower and guide you toward increased self-awareness, gaining new perspectives and advanced personal strength to experience a more meaningful life - the life of abundance. Taking steps toward needed changes requires courage, and I offer a welcoming and shame-free space to aid clients to engage the entirety of your story as you grow toward wholeness. In additional to typical talk therapy modalities, I especially enjoy helping clients experience their way to a new way of living through experiential modalities (with training through Onsite Worskshops in Cumberland Furnace, TN).
