About

Are you or your loved one struggling, feeling anxious, or unfulfilled? I enjoy working with adults and children and believe that within a strong therapeutic relationship, all people have the necessary skills to improve their lives and change negative habits in order to see their goals fulfilled. I have advanced training in work with families and gained extensive experience working with individuals and children from my time in community mental health where I worked with a wide variety of clients from different backgrounds and learned to tailor treatment to the needs and goals of each individual client.

I primarily utilizes a client-focused and strengths-based approach in treatment. I maintain the perspective that the therapeutic process is one that is "client-led" and strongly use evidenced-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients.

I'm committed to developing an effective treatment plan to help you or your child reduce anxiety, improve mood, enhance relationships and meet your goals. I offer both in-person and virtual telehealth session options and have daytime and evening appointments. Please reach out for a complimentary phone or email consultation to see if I might be a good fit.
