Life’s challenges may cause us to react and respond in many different ways. Our current situation may or may not be in our immediate control, but when we look at our life, long-term, it will be the decisions that we make today that set the course of the overall outcome. Experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, confusion, and frustration (to name a few) may be a part of that journey, but you do not have to go down that road alone. It's important to have a safe and confidential space to work through challenges, become more resilient, and come out on the other side with confidence and skills to manage the situations you face. I am trained and certified in multiple facets of Trauma-Informed Care, Grief, and in implementing behavioral interventions from a variety of theoretical perspectives with individuals, couples, and families. I understand that your life is complex and that having mental stability is key to your progress and success. I believe that building a therapeutic relationship, rooted in trust and understanding of the issues, will allow you to develop coping skills; strengthen your resilience; and enhance your mental capacity to identify triggers and implement techniques to sustain change.
