About

At times life can be challenging; it is filled with ups and downs. It takes a strong person to ask for help when faced with the challenges life may bring. It is important for you to know that you do not have to go through these challenges alone. As a therapist I believe that you are the expert on your life. Through guided discovery, my goal is to collaboratively work with you to help you process and work through the issues that are present in your life.

Many times our behaviors are rooted in defective thinking. My job is to help you identify unhealthy thought patterns and help you to restructure your cognitive thought process so that you can be the best you. I meet you where you are at and we will work at a pace that is most comfortable for you.

I am fluid in my approach and will use an integrative style tailor-made to meet your needs. I provide a caring, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you can be completely yourself. I have a faith-based background and will integrate spiritual principles into my work when requested ( I do not take insurance for couples or marital counseling).
