Life can be difficult at times and it can be hard to deal with our struggles on our own. There is hope and I can help you find peace and happiness I know you deserve. My goal is to provide a safe, open environment where you can process your struggles and be genuinely heard. I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where my clients rewrite the negative thoughts, feelings, and stories they have about themselves and are empowered to create new, positive life experiences. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relational distress, stressful life events, and self-esteem issues. I primarily use narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies to help clients variety of backgrounds including LGBTQ, Latino, and rural communities. I also use play therapy with children. Change can be hard, but it is most certainly worth it. I invite you to contact me with any questions you may have and to see if therapy with me is the right fit for you.
