I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in community mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and coping with stress and life challenges. My therapy style is empathetic and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and grace. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approaches. I am also learning to practice therapy according to Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe that your treatment should meet your unique and specific goals. It takes courage to talk about many of our experiences and struggles. It can seem daunting to desire a more fulfilling and happier life.
