About

Not accepting new clients at this time. Are you looking for a better way? As we work together, you can optimize the strengths you already possess, develop insight, and learn techniques that can help you heal yourself and nurture your relationships. The goal of therapy is to begin to see yourself and others in new and more productive ways. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and teens (from the age of 15) of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and interests. Often, work with teens will include some level of interaction with caregivers so that constructive adjustments can be made and sustained.

Humor, directness and empathy are part of my personality and practice. We will develop your capacity for self-reflection, healthy boundaries, and positive communication. When it is time, we can engage in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to smooth out memories and experiences that continue to interfere with your best functioning.

Feel free to call for a free, 20 minute phone consultation prior to setting up an appointment. Wouldn't it be good to figure things out in a warm and supportive environment? It only takes a phone call or email to begin...
