About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, and an IFS Level 1 Trained Therapist. I hold a masters in clinical mental health counseling from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. I work with adults in individual sessions. My approach to therapy is that there are no bad parts of ourselves, but that parts of ourselves cause suffering by being disconnected from who we really are, our Self. By reconnecting lost parts with our Self we can live more empowered and authentic lives. The stories we tell are an important part of who we are. And they often lead us to the unprocessed pain we carry.

My focus is using IFS therapy with adults with traumatic pasts. I move clients develop mindful awareness of their inner world and listen to the messages longing to be heard.

I appreciate and proudly supports all individuals who carry marginalized identities such as LGBTQ, racial and cultural minorities, military veterans, physically challenged persons, persons in poverty and others not named. I am a white, heterosexual, cis-man.
