Immediate openings! At CH Counseling, the clients we work with come into therapy with a variety of symptoms and concerns that are interfering with their every day life. I know from personal and professional experience that it is possible to live a life of joy and optimism. Within each of us are deep wells of untapped potential. No matter what our mistakes, no matter what our struggles, no matter how our past may have shaped us, each of us has the free will to rise above all obstacles and transform ourselves. . It is a courageous step to engage in the process of counseling, and well worth it! My counseling is client-centered, focused on meeting you where you are at and helping you to make thoughtful and conscious decisions. You are the expert of your inner experiences. I will help you change with absolute respect for who you are and where you want to be. Together we will explore your strengths and discover what life can be. I have had wonderful opportunities to travel and live abroad in many parts of the world, and I have lived in a number of different parts of this country, but when I first visited the Pacific Northwest more than twenty years ago, I knew that I was home. I enjoy hiking from time to time, but my true passion is paddle boarding in the Puget Sound year round.
