About

My ideal clients are adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem and challenging life transitions. They are seeking clarity, contentment and a deeper connection with their real self but are not sure how to get there. Open to self-exploration in a safe, judgment-free space, they are more drawn to wisdom than to knowledge. While they value understanding and information, they often long for deeper insights that can lead to profound inner change. My ideal client is one who wants to live with a greater capacity to respond to life from their values, rather than from fear and anxiety.

I draw on compassion practices, mindfulness meditation teaching and person-centered counseling to support your growth. You’ll be welcomed with warmth, humor, and sincerity. I see my clients as fellow humans, embracing life’s messiness with patience and courage. Together, we’ll create a space for awareness, healing, and reconnecting with your true self.

Letting go of old patterns and ways of being can be both challenging and liberating. If you’re ready to release what no longer serves you, I’m here to guide you with compassion and nonjudgmental awareness. Together, we’ll explore a gentler, more authentic way of living, creating space for clarity, freedom, and self-connection.
