About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have many years of experience working with people who struggle with a wide variety of issues in their lives including but not limited to addiction recovery, Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), childhood and domestic trauma, dealing with infertility, depression and anxiety. Sometimes we may feel like we have lost our way and need someone who is there to listen to us and help us sort things out. I draw from strategies and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness.

I try to create a warm welcoming environment where people can feel safe and take their time to discuss their stories in their own time at their own pace. Every person’s experiences and needs are unique; I respect that and work with clients to assure that they feel heard and their areas of concern are addressed.

I strongly believe that recovery from addiction and good mental health are possible. I am here to work together with you to help you achieve your goals and help you move into a space in your life where you have confidence to be your best self.
