About

I am a caring professional who strives to see each person as their whole self – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I draw upon a deep understanding of how identity, difference, justice, and empowerment affect an individual’s mental and emotional health. I help clients learn how to manage symptoms of distress - anxiety, depression, panic - while exploring how these symptoms might be related to questions of identity, vocation, meaning, or trauma.

As a former student affairs professional, I have experience working with clients in their 20s/30s navigate these very important (and sometimes tumultuous) chapters of change and growth. I am also an international/transracial adoptee and enjoy working with other adoptees as they explore ways adoption has shaped their view of self, family, and relationships.

From questions of purpose and identity to the daily stressors of managing relationships and responsibilities - therapy can help identify unhealthy patterns and ways to make positive changes. If this is something that interests you, please reach out for a free consultation and we can explore if I am a good fit for your needs.
