About

Whether you are recovering from addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or family/work/relationship challenges, everyone needs help finding their path. I believe that the 12 steps of recovery and the Internal Family System (IFS) approach can provide that path. I will meet you where you are, and we will develop an action plan to assist you in moving forward and getting traction in your life.

I can teach you how to work the 12 steps so that you can effectively handle challenges as they arise. IFS therapy allows you to get to know all the parts inside of yourself and to identify the parts that support you and the ones that protect you from moving forward. Harmony and integration of all the parts of yourself is the goal.

The LGBTQIA+ community is invited and welcome in my practice. Members of AA, Alanon, and Alateen are encouraged to reach out. I love to work with people that are sober-curious and those seeking their spiritual path.
