About

I am a NY and NM licensed psychotherapist with 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I bring an integrative approach to my work, blending psychodynamic theory, transpersonal therapy, CBT and somatic practices. As a former professional dancer, I am particularly attuned to how our bodies process stressful experiences. I treat a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, trauma, grief and loss. I also specialize in working with adults who are struggling with attachment-related challenges.

I use an eclectic blend of insight-focused talk therapy, mind-body integration and CBT. Our work together is an invitation towards wholeness, emotional resilience, authenticity, and self-acceptance.

I believe that building trust in the context of a therapeutic relationship rests on a collaborative model of therapy. The efficacy of my approach depends on staying actively engaged in the client’s unique process and being able to meet clients exactly where they are.
