About

I believe that everyone can benefit from the time and space of therapy. I work often with helping clients to understand the present impact of past events, memories, with specific focus on self-esteem, relationships, unhealthy thinking patterns, and anxiety and/or depression. I aim to provide a balance of support, empathy, validation, while challenging and guiding you to think, cope, and live in healthier ways.

I strive to be a relatable, trusting support for my clients and value the individuality of each client's journey. I am not here to change you, it’s your choice to make that change. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral & Cognitive Processing Therapies, Psychodynamic therapy, and other trauma-focused modalities.

My goal is to help you deepen your self-awareness so that you are able to make those positive decisions/choices consciously that will help you better yourself as an individual. Your care is important to me, and I look forward to making this journey as easy as possible for you. Let's connect!
