Life brings its own unique challenges. I know because I have had to face many challenges throughout my life and know these challenges can be overcome. That’s the good news! I am here to help you as you face those obstacles in life that are holding you back from living life to its fullness. I believe you, the client, are the center and focus of the counseling relationship. I will treat our therapeutic relationship with respect, dignity, and confidentiality. Most importantly, I will listen to you. I have been a college professor as well as a licensed school counselor with an expertise in helping high school students prepare for successful college entry. I work well with singles, parents, and older adults who are in transition. If you have experienced trauma, grief/loss, or have spiritual questions, I am also trained as a pastoral counselor.
