About

There are times in life when things are hard. It seems that you are the only one feeling overwhelmed, anxious and depressed. I am here to tell you that you are not alone. Beneath every behavior there is a feeling that needs to be explored. Together we can identify those feelings, work hard and overcome life's struggles. You don't have to be exhausted, you don't have to think that the only way out is to give up, you don't have to do this alone.

My experience comes from many years of higher level of care and crisis management. I have counseled teens and their families struggling with risky behaviors, suicidal thoughts and traumatic events in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and outpatient levels of care.

It is hard reaching out for help. The fear can drive anyone to cope and behave in negative ways. I would like to provide you a safe and non-judgmental space to process the feelings and behaviors that are effecting you. The first step can be the hardest, but it can be the biggest of your life. Take that first step with me and watch yourself grow.
