Have you been struggling to “get it together” for some time now? Maybe you feel left out or confused because your friends and peers seem to have their lives all figured out. You have goals for yourself but can’t seem to get moving on them much less achieve them. Perhaps you have great starts but after a few weeks those 'starts' began to slow down to an eventually halt; once again leaving you with feelings like disappointment, maybe anger, or perhaps lonely to the point of not wanting to try again. You and I can explore and bring awareness to your thoughts and feelings that may contribute to how you feel and behave. I use CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a powerful tool that teaches us the connection of thoughts, feeling and behavior. In addition I will use breathing exercises, practice work and other specific tools as part of our work. In our work together you can expect to feel heard and feel better. I love teaching skills to help others think through issues which leads them to make better decisions abased on improved judgement. When I learned the value of the connection between my thoughts and feelings, my own anxiety and discomfort began to diminish greatly.
