I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California. I have over 20 years of experience and extensive training in multiple theoretical orientations. work with adults who are struggling with the effects of trauma, PTSD, and the self-esteem issues that are related to traumatic incidents. I specialize in first responders, healthcare providers, and childhood trauma. In my sessions, I strive to create an environment that is calm, supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental. Many people do not feel they are living their best life but are not sure what is holding them back.
