About

Do you find difficulties with feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship/family problems, ADHD, and trauma? These emotional disruptions can have a significant impact on our lives. Coping with these events requires various approaches, and I can assist you in recognizing your emotions and identifying possible patterns in your relationships. I can also help you develop resilience and acceptance towards challenging emotions, and support you in setting meaningful goals. I utilize CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, & person-centered therapy to reduce anxiety and trauma symptoms, foster resilience, and enhance the quality of life.

I also specialize in multicultural issues and intergenerational trauma. I deeply understand the significance of cultural sensitivity and intersectionality. I utilize EMDR to address the impact of cultural, social, and systemic factors on trauma and reprocess unresolved feelings. I strive to provide culturally responsive care and offer services in Korean.

I have expertise in couples and family therapy. My approach is to work together with you, your partner, or your family to recognize communication patterns and prevent feelings of disconnection. I strive to promote self-awareness and establish healthy boundaries within the family/relationship dynamics. Please book a free consultation.
