It is hard to be stuck in the dark alone and feel like nobody is there for you.If you feel depressed, anxious and stuck in your life, I will provide a safe place to explore your authentic self. If your children struggle with developmental/speech delay or have behavioral problems, I will provide play therapy/art therapy to understand children's inner world and help them develop a healthy sense of self and relationship with others.
