Are you looking to increase your performance, either in sports, business or personally? Are issues with substances, anxiety or past trauma holding you back or do you simply want to find ways to build on the successes that you already have? My goal is to work with you in a direct way to address your needs head-on and find solutions. I have over a decade working in residential substance use and mental health treatment and have spent the past 6 years working primarily in professional sports. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the NBA, NHL and in Major League Baseball. I offer one-on-one counseling, individual, team and business assessments along with remote counseling.
