Hi! I am so glad you are seeking help at this time. I love the healing process, and I currently work with adults and teens online. I can assist you with exploring how to shift symptoms that feel maladaptive in your life. Learning and implementing healing techniques is my passion. I am trained and certified in Somatic Experiencing and DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience). I specialize in attachment repair and healing trauma from the nervous system. I believe everyone can heal. I have 20 years of experience in the counseling field and am certified in SE (Somatic Experiencing) and DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience). Along with individual therapy, I am approved to give SE sessions for students at the Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels trainings and certified to give DARe sessions for students. I am passionate about helping people heal their mind, bodies, and souls. I have found that working at the nervous system level is extremely effective. I am certified in Somatic Experiencing, DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience, and Kathy Kain's touch therapy.
