About

I am a clinical psychotherapist with a Jungian orientation. I work well with intuitive, feeling, creative types; high functioning individuals who can present really well, and whose problems aren’t very apparent to others. I treat anxiety and depression; both long-term conditions and new unexpected episodes due to stage of life transitions and life stressors. (eg Covid related, relationships, job loss, co-occuring medical conditions). I have treated addiction and substance use issues in both residential and intensive outpatient settings. I also work as an educator & mental health consultant (see: parent consultation for child).

I have worked extensively with children in a school setting, with an emphasis on ADHD & executive functioning. I teach mindfulness and promote social emotional learning. My lens is holistic & integrative. I employ a depth psychological approach to treating any dis-ease or imbalance in the mind and body. Each inform the other.

If you are seeking insight, I can help you. The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. I am confident you can gain the clarity and understanding you need to live your life more freely and authentically. The first step is finding a good therapy relationship that makes that feel possible. I'm glad you are here.
