About

Navigating our world has become increasingly difficult over recent years and our young people are met with obstacles more challenging than ever before. When our brains are built in unique ways relationships in the home, school, and with our peers and family is even more challenging. I have an extensive history working with families and children of all ages 10-18 years old. Children and teens with special and unique needs such as Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, childhood grief and loss, and emotional regulation and anxiety are my specialty.

Children and teens with special and unique needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and ADD/ADHD are my specialty. My field of expertise includes depression, childhood grief and loss, and emotional regulation and anxiety as well.

I use a positive and empowering approach to connect with children and youth to build skills to navigate their worlds. I support parents and caregivers by helping them gain a better understanding of how their young person responds to those around them. My style positive and upbeat with the goal to establish a solid and safe connection to effect change.
