I believe we all set out with intentionality to be our best. Often times, when there is a hiccup along the way, we briefly lose our focus and direction, resulting in an uncomfortableness that requires a little assistance. Is it sadness? Anxiety? Frustration? Fear? Anger? Feeling stuck, confused or undecided? Are there relationship or communication challenges? My goal is to partner side by side with people of all ages to help them get back on course, so they can return to happy, productive, and rewarding lives. Dr. Seuss says it best-“You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes; you can steer yourself in any direction you choose!” Consider me your co-navigator. With no judgement and a lot of compassion, patience, positivity, warmth and humor, I will use my education and life experiences to help identify your goals and how to best turn them into realities. If requested, I am happy to incorporate faith into treatment. We can also do walk-talk sessions where we meet in our work-out clothes, grab a water bottle, and set out on a designated path in nature. Telehealth via zoom is always another option. Whatever will help you ultimately live your best life, I am here to unconditionally support and encourage.
