Seeking clients who are thoughtful, reflective, and strong willed. Above all else, authenticity means the most to me. My goal is to provide therapeutic services that lead to real change. I specialize in treating clients who have been feeling “stuck” and are looking to improve their mental health. Can you relate to the feeling of being stuck? What is something you've always wanted to work on? What emotions do you think are getting in the way? I specialize in working with individuals who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health problems. By using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I have been able to alleviate their issues by helping clients choose what matters despite their experiences of unwanted negative emotions.
