About

As a somatic psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals explore and heal through embodied experiences, I specialize in guiding clients through the profound effects of trauma, particularly early life and developmental trauma, as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, dissociation, low self-esteem, attachment/relational issues, and parenting issues. I work with various populations, with a special focus on women, LGBTQIA2S+ population, Spanish speakers, and parents/caregivers. View 4 Photos

My approach blends somatic tracking, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, attachment theory, polyvagal exercises, authentic movement, and developmental movement sequencing. I also incorporate art therapy techniques, dream work, and shadow work to help uncover and process the unconscious patterns that shape our sense of self.

Whether you are seeking to navigate life transitions, deepen self-understanding, heal from past wounds, or repattern relational strategies, I offer gentle, personalized therapeutic experiences tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will explore your body’s wisdom, engaging collaboratively and creatively to facilitate profound growth and transformation.
