About

I help people learn to forgive themselves for not being 'perfect' through eclectic evidence based modalities while also incorporating psychoeducation and lived experience – learning to give yourself the grace you deserve as well as increasing the ease with which you healthily cope with the stressors of life; To learn to create space for yourself and gain a sense of self acceptance and self actualization. I engage with you conversationally to create movement and change towards a healthy outcome through a relational and supportive approach. You are doing your best to navigate through a contradictory world. View 4 Photos

My clinical expertise fosters an authentic therapeutic relationship with a focus on self-compassion. Therapy that fosters collaborative and compassionate care. A refreshing blend of humor, creativity, and freedom. A place where you can fully express yourself without filters; showing up as your authentic self. I meet you exactly where you want to be met.

I have a Masters of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in mental health as well as a Masters (MA) in women’s studies and gender studies both from Loyola University Chicago. My undergraduate degree is in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
